Last week my last Handmade Treat Company box arrived, I am saying my last as I have unsubscribed  for a little while. I have a lot of food to eat and my friends and family are always picking me bits and pieces up to try, which I obviously appreciate, but it does mean I am inundated with food! So I have stopped buying bits for a while in order to eat it all!

But I still enjoy surprise boxes, so lets see what's in this one!

Munchy Seeds - Pumpkin Power
I have received chocolate coated seeds from Munchy Seeds before, but not naked ones! This toasted seed medley shot looks perfect to add to salads. With a mix of sunflower, pumpkin and sesame seeds this mix sounds beautiful. It also states that it is high in Iron and as I have recently been told I am anaemic and lacking in iron and B12, this will be perfect to accompany my tablets, so I will give it a go and let you know how I like them!

Chika's Plantain Chips
I have received this product a few times before, being a lover of bananas and dried fruit, this type of product is completely for me!

Keep Well Snacks - Organic Flakees Spiced
This dried fruit and veggie mix contains apple, carrot, pear and chia. Made from 100% natural ingredients, this rather 'clean' snack is perfect for on the go. Being gluten and dairy free with no added sugar, this snack is suitable for vegans and is one of your 5 a day! That's fantastic!

Zoot Zero - Creamy Milk Chocolate
Free from added sugar, this twin pack of chocolate contains 43% cocoa and is suitable for vegetarians as well as us gluten free lot! In all honesty I am not sure that I am excited to try this bar as it doesn't seem to have anything that stands out from a regular chocolate bar to me, but I may be mistaken and it could be remarkable!

Twinings - Cranberry Green Tea
I love this tea, the cranberry one is lovely in particular so I know I will enjoy this snuggled up in bed!

The cosmetic item this month was an aloe lip balm, but someone has seemed to have borrowed mine so I am not sure what it was called and what it'll be like!

I'd love to know what you got in your box!

It's open box time again! This month I was looking forward to my Snackly more than normal as I have found that the goodies inside keep getting better and better. When my box arrived it was bulging a little so I knew that whatever it was packed with would be exciting.

In the box we received another card with some beautiful artwork on and a little description of what sort of products we can expect to see in our box. Don't forget the best photo shared on social media wins a free box!

So what's in the box?

The first item in this box is not a product but is a 20% discount code for your first Delicious Alchemy order, exclusive to Snackly customers. This is a brand I love already so is greatly received!

Kent Crisps - Ashmore Cheese & Onion - RRP 85p for 40g bag
Also suitable for vegetarians, I have waited for these to feature in Snackly again after a box I missed. Being from Kent myself and a crisp lover, what more could I want! Cheese and onion is currently my favourite flavour too, so I will enjoy these with my lunch tomorrow. Free from gluten, MSG and hydrogenated fats, these crisps will suit most diets. However there is milk in this product.

Melting Pot - Handmade Traditional Butter Fudgeling - RRP £1.90 Full Size
Holding a great taste award gold 2011, this fudge smells gorgeous! A chocolate Melting Pot fudge was featured before in a box, and was a treat I really enjoyed, so I am hoping this will be just as good too! Using ingredients which are readily available to the everyday person is something I like about this brand as I can understand all the ingredients on this pack.

Walkers - Gluten Free Pure Butter Shortbread - RRP 40p per twin pack
Walkers is a brand that has come out many Christmas' in my family . Their new range of gluten free versions of the classics will mean I no longer miss out! There is also a chocolate chip version which looks fantastic! Certified gluten free this shortbread uses rice, potato and maize flours, xanthin gum, butter, sugar and salt. All easy to read ingredients. This handy twin pack is perfect for work!

Chika's Smoked Almonds -RRP £1.20
Another Chika's product this month, this time it is their smoked almonds. Funnily enough I have been eating almonds like they are going out of fashion recently. This pack contains 287 calories and 10g protein. These are also suitable for vegans. Being high in fibre, vitamin E and Magnesium makes these a great healthier, nutritious snack.

Gnaw - Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate - RRP £2.99 for full size bar
More salty chocolate this month, I am being very controlled not opening this product right now! This months chocolate treat is from Gnaw. This bar unlike last months has a caramel flavour as well as salt. Salted caramel is very in fashion recently and I do not want to let anyone else spy this... or it won't be mine for long! Using natural ingredients this treat is completely my thing!

Peace of Cake London - Abricotini - RRP ?
Unable to find these as a product on their website I am not too sure what these are! There is a variation which has jam in the middle of two sandwiched, which sounds amazing! These are much softer in texture than I expected and I think will suit coffee perfectly too! This product is gluten, wheat. lactose and dairy free, but does contain egg.

I can't wait to start eating and reviewing these products! I would love to know what you thought of this months snackly, I really think they have outdone themselves again!

This month is the box of reappearing products. All our favourites are making a second appearance, and for those who are new to the box it gives you a chance to try them!

When I first opened this box I was not as excited as last month as I saw everything was bar shaped and I do like picky snacks, but once I read what the products were that all changed!

I also really like the new printed card that came in the Snackly box, I hope this will lead to RRP and product descriptions on them in the future!

So what was in my box?

Chika's Plantain Crisps RRP - £1.45
As I said before when I saw these in my box banana chips are one of my favourite snacks but I've never thought about trying plantain even though it is in the same family. These chips are also quite a bit healthier as they are not coated in sugar, it only has sunflower oil and salt so is much more clean. The whole bag contains 178 calories and feels much more than what you can eat for the same calories of banana chips. I have yet to eat the other chips as I bought a bulk of banana chips before receiving them and I have them in my snack box waiting for when I used up my banana chips or a holiday/weekend away as they are sealed!

We received the orange variety at Christmas and now coconut as the weather has got hot! I am a very seasonal eater, I love different flavours certain times of the year so this caters to summer loves, along with berries and vanilla ice-cream. I even may have it with that combination and grate it over a bowl of eton mess!

Cobbs Bakery Gluten free Luxury Beligain Chocolate Brownie - RRP ?
As in my last post that included this product I  cannot find the price for this. In the last post I said that I  am not sure how I feel about this product as as I opened the box I thought 'oh another brownie' as I see brownies everywhere. But I have to say although it is a brownie and brownies are a very common product. This is a very very good brownie and I will happily eat another... It would be rude not to! ;)

This 'bite' bar contains two of my favourite ingredients, Almonds and Cranberries. This bar is a perfect size for me as I don't like too much in one go so I know this is perfect to have as an afternoon treat snack. I have looked on their website and this has won a great taste award 2010! I am hoping that this will be delicious as many items on their site look amazing and could be great for reviewing and they are a little bit different to supermarket cakes! They even have mixes.

I am not sure if these are meant to be little pieces or if mine have broken! I love cheese and soups, which is what I tend to eat these type of crackers with so I will be trying these with them and see what I think! At only 66 calories a pack this keeps well within the healthy lifestyle we all long for!

At 98 calories, this is one of the most interesting things I have seen in a while. I have read the ingredients and it only contains mango and sugar. I am assuming the 'sour' will be unsweetend mango pieces. I enjoy regular dried mango so I will have to see how these compare!

I hope you all got some lovely treats in your Snackly box!

This months box has been very festive! It felt very valentines themed, even down to the little heart shaped peg!

Everything reminds me of anything to do with love from chocolate to strawberries everything oozes romance!

This box is even more suited to me than the last as I like food that are rather a packet of something than a huge piece of cake, I think that is where my love for crisps came from, so easy to snack on!

So without further ado lets have a look whats in the box!

This Months box:

Eat Chic Pink Chocolate Peanut Butter Heart with Raspberry Jam - RRP £2.40
This chocolate seems very pricey for just one so I am expecting great things! I love peanut butter, raspberries and chocolate so I am excited to give this a go.

Darling Corn Barbecue Toasted Corn Kernels - RRP ?
These are by far what I am most keen to try as I love barbecue flavours and popcorn so I hope I love kernels too, I am interested to see what they look like and the texture as unpopped kernels are very crunchy and would be quite hard to eat so I am interested to see what they are like!

Clearly Scrumptious Sweet Dried Strawberries RRP - 99p
I am actually allergic to strawberries although I can eat strawberry jam so unless it's only fresh strawberries that cause me an issue I won't be able to eat these. However my sister loves strawberries so they will find a good home and I will get her verdict on them! They have won a Great Taste 2013 award so I am sure they will be delicious. I think they are whole from feeling through the pack!

Clearly Scrumptious Juicy Dried Cranberries  RRP - 99p
Thankfully there is also cranberries from this brand in my box so I can try their products, these have yet to win an award but I have been loving the Ocean Spray Cranberries infused with fruit juice so it will be great to try a different brand to see how they compare! To make it even better these snack packs are only 96 calories and pre portioned, perfect for work!

Chika's Plantain Crisps RRP - £1.45
Banana chips are one of my favourite snacks but I've never thought about trying plantain even though it is in the same family. These chips are also quite a bit healthier as they are not coated in sugar, it only has sunflower oil and salt so is much more clean. The whole bag contains 178 calories and feels much more than what you can eat for the same calories of banana chip so theses look great!

Cobbs Bakery Gluten free Luxury Beligain Chocolate Brownie - RRP ?
I cannot find the price for this. I am not sure how I feel about this product as as I opened the box I thought 'oh another brownie' as I see brownies everywhere, which to be honest was not very fair as I have yet to taste it, so I am going to hold back my thoughts until I have given this a real try.

Organic Livity Banana Spirulina Cake - RRP ?
This is the most peculiar thing I have seen in terms of gluten free food, I assume it will taste like banana bread but I am not sure. I have never seen anything like this before so I really don't know what to expect. I look forward to trying this as it is completely new to me.

Overall I love the contents of this box and I am really looking forward to trying everything. Although this is only my second box I feel the products are getting better each time!

Did you get the same in your box? I'd love to know.
