B Free - Brown seeded loaf - Breakfasts of the week*

It has occurred to me recently that although I have recommended many products in the last couple of years, you never actually see how much I like them. So as well as a review today I thought I would show you how I have been eating the B Free Multiseed bread. It really shows how much I enjoy a product if I continue to eat it right?

At 60 calories per slice I feel that this product is more portion controlled than filled with low calorie 'stuff'. I say this because these slices are quite thin but are still full of flavour. Being wheat, gluten, egg, dairy, soy and nut free, like all B Free products that I have tried so far, this product is perfect for most people. I think these would be fantastic to use at parties, as I know within my extended family we have all those allergies present! Clearly we are a sickly lot!

I tend to feel that taste and texture can be hugely compromised with so many allergens removed, but with this loaf, this is not the case. I actually think it may have topped my list of favourite breads! There is a surprising soft texture for a seeded bread in this loaf. I love seeded breads in general so its nice to find a really good one, that's not too seeded as it gives a good change. Crumbling is not an issue with this loaf and when toasted it gets ever so crispy.

Flavours in the bread are quite subtle and I find that the seeds distributed lightly makes them stand out better and I appreciate the flavour of them a lot more compared to something that is packed with seeds.

So to show you what I have eaten so far I took some quick iPhone snaps as I made it! The weather has been a bit grotty recently so the pictures are a bit dark without my camera flash!

Toast raspberry jam & yoghurt
This is a pretty typical breakfast for me, normally it is plain yoghurt in my bowl, but when I saw Yeo Valley Peaches and cream, I just had to give it a go!

Toast, pate and cucumber
My FAVOURITE lunch. I had this on Sunday whilst taking a break from card making. The crispiness of this bread made this dish much more tastier than normal!

Toast & cheddar laughing cow
If you have not tried these yet, at only 25 calories these are the richest soft cheese I have found that are pre-portioned. This was a whole triangle on one slice.

Toast & Nutella
I was not too sure if the seeds would go with Nutella, but I was really craving it so I popped it on anyway! I have to say as it is lightly seeded I found it tasted just fine!

I also made a cheese and turkey toastie with kettle chips and cucumber but I didn't get to photo it!

Overall I loved this bread and I am hoping that they will become more readily available to me as I think I would buy it most weeks. With not too many slices you manage to eat it all before it goes bad but the slices are wide enough to make a good size toastie.

If you have any other ideas for me on what to have this bread with, I would love to know!

Teapigs Super Fruit Milkshake

Summer is here... or it should be! Looking out my window today and having a lamb Sunday roast you would believe we are more in Christmasy winter seasons!

But yesterday was lovely and sunny, so we decided it would be a perfect time for some milkshakes and a BBQ. But by the time we had our BBQ then got round to making the shakes it got dark, but the weather was still warm enough to enjoy them!

For this milkshake you will need:

  • Two or Three teapigs tea bags in the super fruit flavour (I used two.)
  • 100ml boiling water.
  • Two or three Scoops of good quality vanilla ice cream. I used three scoops of Häagen-Dazs.
Simple!

With this quick recipe all you need to do is boil your 100ml of water and let the Teapigs bags steep for 10-15 minutes.

Then grab a blender, doesn't matter what you have, a Vitamix to a Argos own brand, anything will work perfectly for this recipe. For reference I used my Breville Blend-Active.

Get your freshly steeped tea, this will be a bright vivid red, and pop it into your blender. Then add your scoops of ice cream of choice and blend! If it gets a little thick you can always add a dash of milk.

Tra Da! You are finished! All to do now is to pour it into a cute glass, or any glass for that matter but cute glasses always make my day, and drink!

If you feel your milkshake needs to be a bit colder, pop in a few ice cubes as a finishing touch! If you were serving these at a party I may add a few coloured sprinkles or coloured sugar dusting to match the beautiful pastel purple!

Let me know if you have tried this recipe and how it turned out. I think I am going to try this with my  Teapigs chocolate mint tea or peppermint tea next, as you all know I love my mint!

Walkers - Gluten Free Shortbread

Christmas has never been the same since the Walkers shortbread tin has been on my banned list. Whilst the fire is burning, the Christmas music is playing and all the dec's are going up, the shortbread tin always comes out. I have tried other shortbreads, the texture is ok but never quite like the real thing. Until now!

Whilst entering the height of summer I have now become very festive and cannot wait for Christmas! Receiving this in my Snackly box in a twin pack means they are perfect for travel. When opening the shortbread I found that unfortunately mine had cracked down the middle. This could have been down to traveling a lot though.

Certified gluten free and approved by the vegetarian society, these biscuits only contain milk as an allergen. Once opened these shortbreads are pale yellow in colour and on the slightly more crumbly side. The butteriness of these shortbreads is perfect! Rich and crisp these are the quality I would expect from Walkers in their regular range. Sometimes I feel the mainstream brands seem to get free from products texture better than some of the bigger Free From manufactures.

In my Snackly box these came wrapped in twin packs. This is something that I enjoy and I hope that I can find all their free from range packed like this, as Walkers also produce a chocolate chip version (which I know I will love) as well as a lemon and ginger flavour. As I keep all my biscuits is a rather cute jar, but being just me eating them, I like when they are sealed individually or in twin packs as I can throw them all in the jar and have a good rummage for what I fancy. Much like you did when you were a child!

A quick review today as I honestly think they are so similar to it's mainstream sister! Overall I really enjoyed these shortbreads and I am not to sure what else I can say about them, what with them tasting so close to the real thing! I have had a lot of luck with this lately! I feel that the quality of free from food is improving more and more each month!

B Tempted - Matcha Green Tea & Macadamia Nut Friand

B Tempted I discovered this year at the Free From and Allergy Show in London. This year of course I brought my staples, but I was looking out for brands I had never heard of or tried as I do get stuck in ruts. B Tempted was quite a small stand but their colourful signage made them stand out a mile, James and I just had to give their products a try!

Being only gluten free these are not suitable for dairy and egg allergies, but are fantastic for us gluten free only lot! The pack contained six mini Friands. A Friend is a small cake which is found mainly in Australia and New Zealand, they are made with almond flour, egg, butter and sugar. These are flavoured typically with fruit, nuts or chocolate. Being a naturally gluten free recipe makes them fantastic for the whole family to share as part of an afternoon tea. Alongside some finger sandwiches, these will really look the part!

Texturally these cakes are extremely moist and bouncy, very much a texture you find in polenta cakes or lemon drizzle, that soft very moorish consistency that dissolves in the mouth. Matcha green tea and macadamia sounded like such an interesting flavour, so I thought that this was a must try. Surprisingly these had a very fresh flavour to them, a very light summery taste which was so different and made a welcome change to the normal chocolate chip filled cakes you tend to find from the supermarkets. I LOVE chocolate cakes but in the summer I feel these can be heavy going, so this is perfect for the season.

At the show these retailed at 3 for £10. You can find B Tempted in Harrods, Whole Foods Market as well as various London shops, the price may vary however. At around 56p per Friand, I find that these are more of a luxury treat rather than a daily purchase. Although being a smaller brand that do not have the same buying power for ingredients like the bigger free from manufacturers and retailers, I find that this price point is quite competitive when looking at other smaller businesses in the market.

B Tempted also have such a wide range of flavours you just won't find elsewhere. Which also contributes to why I personally find the flavours and price are more what I would spend on a tea party, gift or a treat to myself when I am in the mood to spoil myself with a good cake and coffee!

I picked up the more interesting, unusual flavours. If you have tried any B Tempted flavours I would love to know what you think. The chocolate brownies look gorgeous! I will most certainly repurchase these products!

Teapigs - Super fruits Iced

As summer hits I have been looking for better quality, low calorie drinks that aren't packed with sweeteners, which are also fun! Teapigs is a brand I found relatively recently and when I saw they had a much wider range than the typical things you find in the shops, I knew they would be perfect for summer drinks!

Super fruits was the first one I knew I would love iced. I will be doing some recipes with the other teabags but I wanted to try them all just with water for now so I can taste the flavours first. To make this drink, all I did was make the tea like you would if you were to drink it hot in a smaller mug. Then I got my takeaway style tumbler, as it is large, but any large cup or tumbler will work. Fill this to the top with ice and then poor the hot tea over. The ice cubes should melt and the cup ends up perfectly full, you can always add a bit more water if needed. Tra Da.... Perfectly cold iced tea.

The flavours of this are very much like a blackcurrant or summer fruits squash when iced. Much fresher and slightly more tart in flavour, this tea is not as artificially sugary sweet like many fruity drinks. There is a blend of hibiscus, elderberry, blackcurrant, raisin, natural flavours and blueberry. From this you can imagine how fruity berry flavoured this tea is. Like my hot tea, I left the bag in the cup as I like the tea to get more flavoursome towards the bottom. I feel this tea gives me a natural energy boost too, so is great for a mid day/mid afternoon drink to get you through the day!

I would love to know if you have used Teapigs before and if you have any fantastic recipes for them! I have a few I want to try and hopefully I will be sharing them with you soon!

Fajita Night - B Free Chia seed and Quinoa Wraps

A couple of weeks back I was given some of the new products from B Free to try. On the top of the list of what excited me the most were the Chia and Quinoa wraps, and I knew the best way I could think of eating them! As my beloved fajitas! James and I have fajitas as one of our staple meals, we both quite enjoy any meal which is snack like or buffet in style. Fajitas are perfect for us as they are relatively healthy and clean meals with lots of salad.

We picked up the rest of the ingredients from M&S, as this has quickly turned into our favourite food shop since one opened nearby. We chose to do chicken as this is our favourite as steak can sometimes get a bit chewy as you cut it so small. After preparing all the food, we finally sat down to eat.

These wraps were not quite what I was expecting, but then again, never having quinoa and chia seeds together and certainly not incorporated in a free from bread product has meant that these are the most unique product I have seen to date. A far cry from the days where all you could get was a white or brown loaf! I found that these best resembled a seedy bread, I love seeded bread so when I took the first bite I knew that I will have to buy some more. If you enjoy products such as the Tesco or Genius seeded loaf or the Warburtons seeded wraps, this is most certainly a product for you. The flavour is certainly there but at the same time have not overpowered any foods I have put them with. A few second in the microwave and they are perfectly warm.

Not only have I had these as fajitas but I have spent the last week having them for lunch, I typically have a salad at lunch and whatever cold meat or fish in M&S that looks good. Instead I have still been doing this but stuffing as much as I can into one wrap and I have to say it's my new favourite lunch, I go through phases with food and I can eat the same thing every day for a couple of months before I get sick of it!

The thinner wrap is something I have enjoyed from B Free before, as sometimes as much as I love the Warburtons wraps I find that there can be a bit too much bread for some recipes and meals. These much thinner wraps give a different texture to a meal but I find are just as filling, particularly these seeded ones.

At around 100 calories per wrap, this is astonishing as seeded products tend to be more calorific due to seeds having a surprisingly high calorie content themselves. Due to having so many seeds including flax and Teff means that these wraps are a good source of fibre and protein, something that is so important for those who live a gluten free diet ensure we get enough of. Being gluten, egg, dairy and soy free means that these wraps are free from the main allergens and are suitable for vegans too! A perfect product to have in the freezer to cater to any dietary needs!

I know on the website these retail at €6.50, which is about £4.51 for 6 wraps, this does seem on the higher price point but these contain more wraps than any other brand I have found, they are also amazing quality. To try and make these yourself to this quality would be very tricky and no doubt more expensive!

As a whole I really really loved this product and I will be looking out to see if they will become available in any of my local shops soon, and if you managed to get hold of some coupons at the free from show, like myself, you may be able to grab a bargain!

Gookies - White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookie Dough

I fell across Gookies at the Allergy and Free From Show a couple of weeks back. I love anything a bit different and these were certainly something I have not seen before.

This product in fact is ready for the oven, all you do is cut and put on a baking tray, as simple as that! Or you would have thought... Only three of my eight cookies survived as James dropped a whole tray of five when removing them from the oven! After laughing for around 20 minutes at the comical way all five cookies shattered to a billion pieces as they hit the floor, much like the way Professor Quirrell meets his demise in the first Harry Potter film, we finally got around to taking photos of the remaining cookies!

Once you unwrap the paper, the dough itself is then in cling film. This product is to be kept refrigerated, although mine was in a bag on one of the hottest days of the year for a good four hours before I got home and was perfectly fine. So don't worry that you feel you cannot pick one up as you cannot get to a fridge quick enough! Also suitable for freezing, if you lived alone or are the only free fromer in your house, like myself, you could pre-cut, freeze and bake one as and when feel like you need a warm Millie's Cookie, gluten free style!

I used a chefs knife to cut this as the white chocolate chunks were a little stiff to get through but with the right knife it glides through perfectly .These cookies baked within 20 minutes nice and evenly at gas mark 3 or 170 degrees. The aroma whilst baking this product is extremely mouth watering. Once baked the cookie is slightly crumbly but is incredibly similar to what you could find in any mainstream bakery. White chocolate chips and cranberries saturated the mix well.

The flavour is quite sweet as you would expect with both cranberries and white chocolate, but are the quintessential summer cookie to have with a frappe or iced coffee. The large chocolate chunks are what really made these stand out. I love a good amount of chocolate in a cookie and chocolate chips don't always cut it when you want to come across a big hit of flavour!

Handmade in Cork, Ireland, this dough contains 454 calories per 100g, this meant that each of my cookies were around 170 calories each as each pack contains 300g. The great thing about these cookie doughs are that you can make any size you like, making calorie controlled portions, or smaller cookies for children incredibly easy.

This product does contain egg, milk and soya, also it may contain nuts, so is only really suitable for just those of us who are gluten free. Holding a well deserved 2011 great taste gold and a 2011 National Irish food award, I found that freshly baked cookies are quick, simple and tasty. I do feel that  because they focus on one allergy, the taste and texture is not too compromised, although this could been seen as a negative to those with multiple allergies.

Overall, of the cookies I ate I felt that they were delicious. I love how easy they are to bake and how fresh this makes them taste. Being able to freeze them means you can buy many flavours and have them on tap! What more could you want!

Kent Crisps - Ashmore Cheese and Onion

My Snackly box arrived last week and as normal I picked out my favourite looking products to have first, this was very tricky this month though, as they all looked so good!

Being a crisp lover these Kent Crisps really stood out to me. These traditionally hand cooked British crisps using Canterbury cheesemakers cheese hold a produced in Kent logo, which I see everywhere as a craft stall trader myself. Being gluten, MSG and hydrogenated fat free allows these crisps to cater to a wider, more health conscious audience.

This 15g snack bag I love as crisps are relatively high calorie compared to other snacks, but I cannot help but have them a few times a week! I am also the sort of person who cannot leave some in the bag, even if it is a sharing size! These are perfect for portion control being around 80 calories a bag.

Much more luxury in texture, this crisp is the perfect mid ground between super thick kettle chips and thin walkers. This higher quality potato but with a thinner cut is something I enjoy as they tend to hold much less oil and greasiness. The flavouring on these crisps is much more of a dusting and is a layer on the top of the crisp, so has a much more powdery texture. This may combat the oiliness too! For comparison the flavouring has the same powdered texture as McCoy's.

A rich cheesy favour is the main element, there is a deep blue taste with an onion hit. I love very cheesy crisps, so a twist on the typical cheese flavour you find is quite refreshing. I think they would benefit from a little more onion flavouring though. You do get a good hit of onion as an aftertaste but the cheese is very prominent and I feel that the flavours could be slightly more balanced. Although onions and cheese are two of my favourite savoury foods, and I am aware I tend to eat more onion than most! So they may be perfectly balanced for your taste.

Overall I really enjoy these crisps. I love how they are local to me and that they are using local ingredients. I am very much a fan of supporting small, local and unique businesses. So I will certainly look out for more flavours!

M&S Free From Pork Pies

We are well into picnic season and what's a picnic without a pork pie? For the last couple of years I have watched enviously as everyone tucks into their pork pie. Not anymore! Readily available gluten free pork pies are now here! My staple supermarket M&S brightened everyones day when all us free fromers spotted these and swarmed twitter with them.

The pack contains 4 mini pork pies so are perfect for picnics, days out, office lunches or just as a snack. I tend to eat mine with a side salad for lunch as they are on the more calorific side, reaching 187 calories per pie! And you can never just eat one! The pork in these pies is British, M&S seem to use locally source meats as much as possible. Which is great as unnecessary air miles for a product available in the UK does frustrate me slightly!

Selected cuts of pork are used in these pies, from what I recall of a mainstream pork pie, the filling is identical. The meat has been processed into the pie shape and lined with jelly, not as much jelly as typical pork pies I've tried in the past before having to go gluten free, but sometimes there is such a thing as too much jelly!

The pork is encased in a very dense crisp pastry, which is also scarily similar to the real thing. That much harder, compact style of pastry seems to be something that translates into gluten free very well. With no powdery texture or aftertaste, this pork pie is directly comparable to any mainstream pork pie and may actually be nicer than ones I recall as it was not too greasy. An egg wash style coating glazed these pork pies which made them that little bit more crisp in my opinion

I believe I spent around £2.50 for this product, so I find that these are good value, as the price is not too dissimilar to the other pork pies on offer in M&S.

Just have to pack a picnic now!

Tesco Finest Free From White Chocolate & Cranberry Cookies

Tesco finest range seems to be expanding into the free from section fast! I brought these months ago and the review has been sitting in my notebook ever since, slightly neglected!

On the box these cookies are described as 'Wonderfully rich and crunchy with bursts of sweet cranberry.' This is not too far to how they actually taste. The white chocolate chunks too were very distinctive in the cookie. This cookie overall was very flavoursome, and very surpizing for a free from product, as it surpassed my every expectation.

Much like the oat cookies and the double chocolate Tesco finest free from cookies that I had tried before, these have a fantastic texture. Being much more chunky oaty than other free from cookies which seem to be finely milled flours and ingredients makes these stand out form the more biscuits style cookies. There are full sized dried cranberries and large white chocolate chunks combined in the mixture to add a bit more interest.

I found that the flavour of these cookies is very full and that there is a perfect amount of each element. The larger white chocolate chunks gave a good creamy chocolatey hit. Sweet cranberries added a freshness to the cookies to not make it too rich but also complimented the white chocolate perfectly.

The texture is very interesting as there are many elements to make a whole and the juxtaposition of the creamy white chocolate, more chunky, crunchy oats and soft chewy cranberries, make this truly mouth watering just thinking about it!

These cookies are free from wheat and gluten but do contain oats, soya and milk. They do not claim to be egg free, but there is not any egg ingredients and only allergy warnings is that it may contain nuts. Retailing at £2 for a pack of 8 I find that these are good value at 25p per cookie. At 95 calories and 4.6g fat per cookies, which are smaller than typical cookies, these are most certainly much more of a treat snack!

The only draw back to this product is when this range was first released, that packaging was vastly different to the regular Tesco finest. Since then they all have been rebranded. Living with gluten eaters who buy the mainstream versions of the finest cookies and cakes you have to look so carefully, which I find very risky. I appreciate the effort to make the free from food look 'normal' but it could be quite easy for a family member to feed me something with gluten in by mistake.

I really enjoy this product and for a lower price point compared to a lot of gluten free confectionary, I find that this is an easy and affordable option.

What's in my Snackly - July 2015

It's open box time again! This month I was looking forward to my Snackly more than normal as I have found that the goodies inside keep getting better and better. When my box arrived it was bulging a little so I knew that whatever it was packed with would be exciting.

In the box we received another card with some beautiful artwork on and a little description of what sort of products we can expect to see in our box. Don't forget the best photo shared on social media wins a free box!

So what's in the box?

The first item in this box is not a product but is a 20% discount code for your first Delicious Alchemy order, exclusive to Snackly customers. This is a brand I love already so is greatly received!

Kent Crisps - Ashmore Cheese & Onion - RRP 85p for 40g bag
Also suitable for vegetarians, I have waited for these to feature in Snackly again after a box I missed. Being from Kent myself and a crisp lover, what more could I want! Cheese and onion is currently my favourite flavour too, so I will enjoy these with my lunch tomorrow. Free from gluten, MSG and hydrogenated fats, these crisps will suit most diets. However there is milk in this product.

Melting Pot - Handmade Traditional Butter Fudgeling - RRP £1.90 Full Size
Holding a great taste award gold 2011, this fudge smells gorgeous! A chocolate Melting Pot fudge was featured before in a box, and was a treat I really enjoyed, so I am hoping this will be just as good too! Using ingredients which are readily available to the everyday person is something I like about this brand as I can understand all the ingredients on this pack.

Walkers - Gluten Free Pure Butter Shortbread - RRP 40p per twin pack
Walkers is a brand that has come out many Christmas' in my family . Their new range of gluten free versions of the classics will mean I no longer miss out! There is also a chocolate chip version which looks fantastic! Certified gluten free this shortbread uses rice, potato and maize flours, xanthin gum, butter, sugar and salt. All easy to read ingredients. This handy twin pack is perfect for work!

Chika's Smoked Almonds -RRP £1.20
Another Chika's product this month, this time it is their smoked almonds. Funnily enough I have been eating almonds like they are going out of fashion recently. This pack contains 287 calories and 10g protein. These are also suitable for vegans. Being high in fibre, vitamin E and Magnesium makes these a great healthier, nutritious snack.

Gnaw - Salted Caramel Milk Chocolate - RRP £2.99 for full size bar
More salty chocolate this month, I am being very controlled not opening this product right now! This months chocolate treat is from Gnaw. This bar unlike last months has a caramel flavour as well as salt. Salted caramel is very in fashion recently and I do not want to let anyone else spy this... or it won't be mine for long! Using natural ingredients this treat is completely my thing!

Peace of Cake London - Abricotini - RRP ?
Unable to find these as a product on their website I am not too sure what these are! There is a variation which has jam in the middle of two sandwiched, which sounds amazing! These are much softer in texture than I expected and I think will suit coffee perfectly too! This product is gluten, wheat. lactose and dairy free, but does contain egg.

I can't wait to start eating and reviewing these products! I would love to know what you thought of this months snackly, I really think they have outdone themselves again!

Allergy and Free From Show - 2015 Haul

Friday was finally here, my favourite day of the year! The Allergy and Free from show was back at the Olympia, London. I found that the show was bigger than last year but at the same time it felt there was a lot more smaller traders which gave us plenty of new things to look at.

I met a lot of lovely people and traders, it was fantastic to talk to people who also have the same diet as I, because I don't know many gluten free people in my life, particularly those who I talk to often.

And whats a show without a bit of shopping? Here's what I got!*

Angelic
I love every Angelic product I have tried so far, even if the chilli ones were a little hot!  When we found their stand right by the front door I went there instantly to see the newer products I have been waiting to view and try. The boxes were on offer for 2 for £5. I picked up the chocolate chip and the cranberry and sunflower seed oat cookies, as when I tried them I knew I couldn't leave without some. These are packed in 5 packs of two. Making them perfectly portable for work and days out but also allows them to stay fresher for longer. I also got a box of each of the new savoury crackers which I had yet to see. The new flavours are multi-seed, and tomato and Mediterranean herb, so I got one of each.

Gookies
I forgot to get this out of the fridge, so it is not pictured! This pre-made cookie dough is the white chocolate and cranberry flavour. All you do is cut the dough into eight rounds and bake. Simple, fresh cookies effortlessly. These are £4 per pack.

B Free
I always look for B Free at the free from shows as I love their fajita kit. Typically the kit retails for £5.50 but is always £3 at the shows, making it a fantastic deal. While at the stand I also got both the regular and multi-seed bagels and also white and brown loaves of bread. B Free had launched some new products too so I also got the new stone baked pittas, which were amazing when sampled, as well as a pack of the quinoa and chia seed wraps.

Plamil
The majority of the items I brought from Plamil are for a friend whom cannot eat dairy. Although I did pick up another orange and cranberry for myself which was featured in a Snackly box a few months ago as I really enjoyed it. I also brought the mint chocolate produced by Plamil. Minty chocolate is my favourite flavour, with no added sugar I thought it would be interesting to try.

B-Tempted
I have not seen this company before but on the packaging they state that you can find them in Harrods and Selfridges. I thought that the flavours are so unique so I decided to pick up three packs as they were three for £10. Matcha green tea and macadamia nut, white chocolate and rose, and lemon, white chocolate and cashew were the flavours I chose.

Isabel's
Isabels packet mixes are something else I have never tried. I enjoy baking and cooking but with gluten free foods it's always a bit trickier to get these recipes right. So when I do not have time to experiment I enjoy mixes. The mixes were 2 for £3, I brought a second Yorkshire pudding mix for a friend. With the batter mix I want to make some prawn tempura. I can't wait to try the dough balls either!

Natures Store
Everything from Natures store was on offer for £1 at the show, to go with my Fajitas I chose the tomato as well as the chilli corn rolls. I will be taking these away on my holiday.

Samples
There wasn't as many samples being handed out as last year, from what I recall. But I did receive a mix of porridge samples and a couple of natures path granola bars.

Find my video on what I got here!
